Terms and Conditions
- Lexus Aero Concierge services are exclusive to Lexus BEV (UX 300e & RZ 450e), L-Series Hybrid (LM 350h, LM 500h & LS 500h) & RX Series (RX 350h, RX 450h+ & RX 500h) Customers.
- Customers must be registered with Lexus Indonesia and purchased from Lexus Authorized Dealer.
- Customers (who are registered) must participate in the travel; booking is not allowed if the customer is not joining the journey.
- To enjoy this Aero Concierge privilege, customers must book through our microsite lexusaero.co.id with a maximum of 3 days before the departure/arrival date.
- The service is available for all domestic and international flights, both departing and arriving, at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK).
- Verified booking will be sent through email with an e-ticket that need to be shown to our Concierge crew at the airport to enjoy our privileged services.
- Lexus Aero Concierge desks are located at Gate 2 (International) and Gate 4 (Domestic) departure.
- For arrival service, our Concierge Crew will be stationed at the baggage claim area, holding a placard or paging board displaying the customer’s name.
- Customer still be able to receive the Lexus Aero Concierge services (Max. Day-1 notification to Lexus Contact Center). Customers just need to inform the reschedule information & share the updated boarding pass to Lexus Contact Center +6221-390-9999/ +628-21-8090-0900 (WhatsApp)
